Karin teaches jazz and classical piano lessons, all levels from beginning through advanced. She charges $48 per hour for lessons in her home studio in the North City neighborhood of Shoreline. For lessons away from her studio, she charges $60 per hour. Lessons may be half-hour, 45 minutes or one hour in length. Half hour lessons are recommended only for young beginners. Karin teaches technique, interpretation, basic theory and ear training, as well as jazz theory and improvisation for advanced students.
